So you want a refund? Possibly made a purchase by accident or something like that? Here’s our policy - short and straightforward. Don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will see what we can do.
Generally, we do not provide refunds for gem purchases. However, as a one time exception we are able to process a refund for purchases made on web, iOS and Android as long as the request is made within 14 days from your initial purchase date. However, if the gems have already been used to unlock premium assets, we will not refund the initial gem purchase.
Premium assets are unlocked within the app by spending gems. A refund would restore the spent gems and lock the refunded premium asset for your account. If we can provide such a refund will be determined on a case by case basis. You will have 14 days from the initial acquisition date to initiate a refund.

You can find the ID in the transactional email you received on purchase or within the app under Account > Settings > Transaction History.
