and other Assets purchased within our app for generating AI Images.

1. Refund Eligibility for Gems:

Generally, we do not provide refunds for gem purchases. However, as a one time exception we are able to process a refund for purchases made on web, iOS and Android as long as the request is made within 14 days from your initial purchase date. However, if the gems have already been used, even partially, to unlock premium assets or for creating AI Images, we will not refund the initial gem purchase. This policy is in place due to the nature of our service, as Gems are a digital currency that grants access to specific features within the app.

2. Buying Premium Assets for your Card

⁠⁠Premium assets are unlocked within the app by spending gems. A refund would restore the spent gems and lock the refunded premium asset for your account. If we can provide such a refund will be determined on a case by case basis. You will have 14 days from the initial acquisition date to initiate a refund.

3. Quality of Generated Images:

⁠⁠It is essential to note that the quality of AI-generated images can vary based on the complexities of the inputs and the capabilities of the generative image AI. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or specific outcomes of AI-generated images. Please keep in mind that AI image generation is an inherently stochastic process, and results may not always meet your expectations.

For any billing questions, please reach out to us by sending an email to []. To receive help as quickly as possible, please make sure that you are using the email address that's associated with your reignite account and to include the transaction ID.

You can find the ID in the transactional email you received on purchase or within the app under Account > Settings > Transaction History.
